Born and raised in San Francisco. Graduated from the University of San Francisco with a BS degree in Marketing. Miltary experience with the California National Guard.

I have been a corporate senior executive with Macys for 14 years. I have also been a senior partner in a national import firm. Along with my wife Cathy I have owned two retail businesses and a wholesale sale company.

Even prior to my full time commitment to real estate I have purchased and sold several properties either personal or investments.
